On the other side of the Diamond Head crater, opposite of Waikiki, is the community of Kahala. The beautiful Pacific Ocean borders the community. The Kahala neighborhood tapers towards the east and also contains a collection of homes surrounded by the Waialae Country Club, home of the Sony Open Golf Tournament. Golf is one of the favorite pastimes in Hawaii and there are a variety of excellent public and private golf courses to choose from on Oahu. Kahala homes are in a conveniently located and valued neighborhood.
